New Year 2012

Just an update on early new year exhibitions news. I will still be showing at Bollington Arts centre (details of which are now up on the website listed in my Autumn update) but in addition to this I will also be showing at the Chapel Gallery, Ormskirk in March, in one of their 'Showcase' spots. Nothing is up on their site as of yet, but will be once their 2012 programme is finalised, for more info on the Chapel gallery please got to: www.chapelgallery.org.uk

Happy New Year!!!

Autumn News

Its been a bit quiet over the last couple of months due to a couple of last minute unforeseen exhibition cancellations but autumn approaches and a couple of new developments have arisen. Firstly Manchester based rock band 'Darktown Jubilee' have decided to use one of my 'October Rust' paintings for the cover of their debut album. For a peek at this and more info on the band (and indeed a few sound/song bites which are a mighty fine listen!!) go to; www.darktownjubilee.com

Secondly in January 2012 I will be exhibiting a number of works in a small solo exhibition at Bollington Arts Centre (near Macclesfield). More info will be available a.s.a.p from the arts centre website now that this has been confirmed, so please keep popping back to check details. their website is;

When I have more info or more to update (ie: private view times) I will post it here. Work is also still available to view and buy from ;

Cheers all!!

New paintings at Revolve gallery

Ive just delivered 8 new paintings to the 'Revolve Gallery' in Clitheroe (http://www.revolvegallery.co.uk/), just in time to coincide (not intentionally mind) with both the 'Clitheroe Food Festival' and the galleries own first anniversary bash. Im sure over the few days jpegs of the new work will go up on Revolve's website and facebook page but until then heres a little peek at a couple of pieces.

After what seems to have been a relatively quiet few months I have London Bus Syndrome again ie: no exhibitions for 6 months and then a bucketful come all at once!!!

As with last year I have had a painting accepted for this West Lancs. Open (above)at the Chapel Gallery, Ormskirk;

This is my third year exhibiting there and its always been a great exhibition to see.

As well as the 'Open' I will also be showing at a space in New Mills called 'Art Lounge' ( at the Beehive), more details about this can be found at www.facebook.com/ArtLounge ,
further to this I will showing a work next year in a charity auction (again details of which will appear on their facebook page www.facebook.com/#!KWC.Art.with.a.Heart). so all in all a busy couple of months coming up!!!

I also have a couple of exhibitions scheduled for 2012 as well as a few other ventures but Im going to concentrate at the job at hand before posting details of these!! Cheerio!!
